First of all, in Pre Placement talk the Company Officials shared the information to the students regarding the Company Profile, Job Responsibilities and Salary packages for the various roles. The process started with written test then GD Round and final round was of technical interview. They selected students named as Kamaljit Singh,Damanpreet Singh,ManpreetKaur, RajveerKaur, Rajan Sharma, Rahul Manav, KirandeepKaur, Ruby,MandeepKaur and SarbjeetKaur offered package of 2 lac to 2.5 lac. Training cum Placement Drive held on Sep 14, 2016 by Huwaei at Anand College of Engineering & Management, Kapurthala .Huawei is a leading global ICT solutions provider. Their aim is to build a better connected world, acting as a responsible corporate citizen, innovative enabler for the information society, and collaborative contributor to the industry.Total 32 students participated in this drive. First of all, Company officials have pre talk with the students for their bright future in the field of telecom industry then they had taken aptitude test, out of which 22 were selected for Technical & HR Round. 15 students were selected. Within the span of four years, STS is the strong team of more than 40 members having its operations based in New York, Israel and Mohali. On 3rd October, 2016 Internship drive was held by SachTech Solutions. The interview process usually started with a power point presentation where SachTech Solutions enlightened the students about latest technologies. Total 40 no of Students were participated in the written test, and then GD Round was conducted by the Company Officials. They selected seven students for internship named as RupinderjitKaur, Jaskaran Singh Pannu and ShrutiSangar.

Internship drive was held by Dreamtech on 15 Sept 2016 at Anand College of Engineering & Management, Kapurthala for the students of B.tech CSE. Dream Tech Labs came into an existence with an idea for providing Industry Based Solutions to the Information Technology Industry. With our profound experience, we continue contributing in Industrial Training. First of all, the company official’s have pre talk with the students. They introduced various technologies based languages in the field IT. Total 35 students were participated in the written test. Individual interviews were taken by the company officials. They selected Ranjit Singh student of B.tech CSE for internship.

The process of the drive was generally started with power presentation, where the company officials lightened the various technologies.Total 30 no of students were participated in the written test. After that interview round was been conducted, they selected Navneet student of B.tech CSE for the internship.

In Information Technology TCIL has established its IT Training Centre TCIL- IT which is running various courses duly approved by Department of Electronics, Govt. of India for career advancement. Keeping in view the rising need for quality computer professionals.On 26 Sept 2016,the internship drive was held by TCIL at AnandCollege of Engineering and Management. In this drive, total 40 students were participated. At first; some useful information was shared by team members of TCIL. They discussed about different technologies and salary packages among the students. A written was being conducted by them, out of which 15 were selected for the technical round. After the HR round, Dishant student of B.tech CSE 7thSem was selected.

A testimony to that fact where three ECE and eight students of outgoing batch were received the placement in Resbird technologies on 29th April, 2015.The interview process usually started with a power point presentation where Resbird technologies enlightened the students about their company profile with the relentless support of the staff and students associated with the placement cell and the most significantly T & P Cell. Joint Campus Placement Drive by eClerx Services Limited
Training and placement cell of Anand College of Engineering and Management organized Joint campus placement drive for the students on 7th March, 2016 at its campus. As it was open to all, more than 10 colleges participated and the students were the presentation about Company Profile, Job Responsibilities and Salary packages by the company experts. Students were sent for the written test 200 students appeared.The result of written test was declared within one hour out of which 103 were selected for the HR interview. Students attended their interview in which they proved their intelligence quality. Out of which 19 students were selected for final round.

On 21st Dec, 2016 the team members of ARN Infotel conducted a written test of B.Tech students. The candidates were shortlisted after the written test and got interviewed by the Hr Team of ARN Infotel. They selected two students of B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering named as SandeepKaur and Kanchan.
