To achieve a healthier lifestyle while coping with the pressures of studying, one needs to be healthy both emotionally and physically. As a part of this process, ACEM emphasizes the importance of sports and considers them as an integral part of the curriculum. ACEM has a number of centers for physical education and sports activities that help the students to maintain fitness and develop a competitive spirit. It has numerous outdoor playgrounds and indoor courts.
ACEM students participate inter college tournament in various games.Our college students won the three medals, one silver and two bronze medals in weight lifting, and bodybuilding game in IKG PTU intercollege tournament held at CGCLandrancampus, Mohali. Our college also organize inter branch tournament in all games. ACEM also organize annual Athletic meet in every year and all students participate with sports spirit.
